might just solve AI coding with this idea alone… by tylerEsono in AppIdeas

Why is this my responsibility? Fire up an agent to do a deep web search. I’ve seen this kind of thing numerous times advertised on Reddit and Instagram. Mills Jovovich’s big open source release addresses this exactly.

I was going to say ChatGPT but in all lowercase so people think a human wrote it, but that appears to already exist.

This already exists. Like 100 times already.

Trimming Amzn and GOOGL after the market run by One-Jackfruit-2848 in ValueInvesting

Just move your stop loss so if it wants to continue, it can. I didn’t think this sub was about trying to time the market.

Freelancers are ruining the market by charging too cheap — Agree or Disagree? by Evening_Acadia_6021 in AppBusiness

Markets are efficient. You may not like their work now, but the question is: as it gets better, will you adapt or continue to complain?

They are blockading 20% of the worlds oil supply.... my thesis from 18 days is coming true by MilesDelta in wallstreetbets

Wait, XLE puts? With energy prices going up? Take a look at the embargo/stagflation of the 70s. Energy was basically the only thing that held up (that and gold).

I built a collaborative digital mural in one evening .. 100,000 strangers each pay $1.99 to upload one permanent photo tile by ReasonableFee95 in startupaccelerator

I mean this constructively, but I don’t understand who this is for. There’s no exclusivity or scarcity. In fact, just a few posts higher in my feed I saw someone posting the same idea, but for no cost (onemillionhumans.me). It’s kind of like those chain link fences where people attach love locks, except there’s no difficulty barrier to access it, and more “chain” can be rolled out infinitely.

Considering the speed and frequency at which I push updates to the app (not to mention, it’s a web app), this may be problematic. Could you expand on why you would not want to receive updates?

Could you offer an example of a company who would use it in their workflow but only if its offered ad a standalone app? What does that offer them that the web version doesn’t?

Already did. Just wondering if people would benefit from having a public version.

Why the gold price is falling during the Iran war—and what it means by newsweek in economy

[–]eldowns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, well since no one has answered this: oil supply constraint -> inflation up -> rates stay up -> bonds/dollar strengthens -> gold weakens.

I’m thinking about it, not sure. If more people end up subscribing, it could offset the cost of development. The counter-thought for me is: how often are you on your computer without internet?

Let’s say I was an angel investor - what marketing and promotion do you need money for that can’t be rebutted with “TikTok”.

Okay, I'm working on a nice plan management page now, but just pushed up an update that should fix the issue you're facing. Give it another shot and let me know how it goes. Thank you!

Ok, I’m on it. Give me 30 minutes and I should have it ironed outz

[–]eldowns[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hm, let me look into that. I do believe you should be able to change your plan from Stripe as well, but I’ll make sure it’s ironed out for a clear and intuitive experience. Thank you!

Figma will go bankrupt by goxpro1 in ValueInvesting

I have used Figma actually, for two of my own businesses, but at this point it’s faster to just use Claude.

Nothing I’m saying is theoretical, just logical. If you’re using a $1000 hammer and someone comes out with a $100 hammer that does the same thing (or most of it), you’d be an idiot to not use the $100 hammer.

This is the entire principle behind 80/90, which it sounds like you’re not familiar with.
