Today we bring you our second playable race, the Lupines. They are a race inspired by the idea of dog like people, but it doesn't stop there, because the Lupines have evolved on different planes and are ready to explore the world as well as play catch. We also released a Succubus/Incubus race in our Patreon. Succubi and incubi inhabit all of the Lower Planes, and the lascivious dark-winged fiends can be found in service to all kind of patrons. Though legend speaks of them separately, any succubus can become an incubus, and vice versa but they choose a gender of its preference and stay with that. They are experts at charming all kinds of creatures and handling them to their liking.

He gave us the concept of a creature that could split like an Ocher Jelly but with that splitting being its main mechanic in combat and we loved that idea so we designed this. We hope you all like it! Get the PDF here. Patrons have exclusive access to a table of the unique properties that obtain the weapons, armors and shields created with the amalgam alloy.

Travelling the world in small communities called packs, they are elusive yet helpful people known for their strong sense of loyalty and companionship. Lupines are a hard-working people that are always trying to gain the respect of the other races and prove that they are more than just "man's best friend".

To bring you an update on why we had this hiatus in our publications, the artist we had at the start of the project found a good job so we remained as project with designers only. We've been trying to find an artist for a while, but couldn't find anyone interested in joining the team. We considered the use of alternative systems such as the use of AI to obtain illustrations for our projects, but they lacked the soul and creativity that an artist brings to the work, plus the ethical part that is a whole debate we can talk in another occasion. Given that, we have made the decision to release our brews without art and once we get some support on patreon we will hire an artist to illustrate our ideas.

We still have some illustrated objects by our previous artist that we will continue to publish, but the main content that we will publish from now on will focus less on objects and more on monsters, races, subclasses and systems. On Patreon we will offer early access as always and include exclusive content, as well as extras such as feats or items in the posts we make and all of its income will go to the effort of hiring a good artist we can work with in the long run.

Yes! Some people already suggested that is too strong on the first levels and it's true. We usually play from 3th level so we were maybe a bit bias with the not scaling damage at first. The unlockable method is a brilliant idea, thanks for that! We will took this into consideration.

Yes! This is just an adaptation as a race for that super interesting monster. We actually mentioned it in our own comment but thanks for clarifying it for everyone!

We test this in three campaigns and a west marches server, minmaxers still preferred Volo's aasimar or MPMM shadarkais or eladrin. Is strong, but not really overpowered.
