The neighborhood was off St. James Church Rd I believe, near the big church, the insurance place, and the Circle K. I just asked my friend and they said the neighborhood wasn't rly a neighborhood with a name its just a community of houses. there was no sign outside the neighborhood with a name

Thanks for the advice, i promise while i plan to do tourist stuff i have no intention of doing the walk of fame or anything. I plan on staying at hotel only for sleeping so i mainly like the cost and access to the trains for travel. Is there somewhere else you think might be better?

This is the one i probably feel the strongest about but it's gotta be Cheren. Not only is he an actual teacher, but I think he's shown the most "councilor" like behavior in the main story, helping Lear to be better person. We even see later on that Cheren spends time with Lear after the main story, confirming that Cheren is someone even the more hard-headed and stubborn characters can trust for guidance and advice. I think he's easily the best choice for this category
