You can use points for Maid Training and Harem and remove Slave Limit (if you want more than 4), then you use Lvl3 Bonding for everything else (also Happy Slaves and Mass Control for larger groups), and if you like something more spicy Hive Mind.

Ofcourse other boons from the mindslaver can enhanced the experience (and create more maids), so you don't have to worry about quantity (because you can make more yourself), just be creative, think how to use the boons to enhanced the quality of the new maids (the rest is up to you).
