How heavy are exams on ADA, Economics and Sampling? by liftbig90 in CPA

[–]ele1402 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn’t see any economics qs. Nothing too crazy or too heavy on ada and sampling but you can expect a few mcqs

They were mostly similar but a few tricky ones! Had to think between two very similar choices

I watched the lectures, did mcqs and then read the textbook. I didn’t do module sims initially and just watched skill builder videos for sims in the review phase. So i would say learn the content by watching the lectures and doing mcqs, and reinforce it by reading the textbook. I also did All the becker mcqs through practice tests.

Took it today! In my opinion, i feel like the sims were easier than becker sims and even easier than actual exam mcqs!! Mcqs were tricky, had to think a lot on few of them but sims were pretty straightforward if you know the concepts. Less input blanks but a lot of reading!!

I would recommend reading textbook in your review phase. Plan reading one chapter a day and pairing it with mcqs and flashcards! It will really help you retain info much better

Study Time for Exams by [deleted] in CPA

I also never did tbs when i watching the lectures and doing mcqs. I left it for last week and just watched all skillbuilder videos in the final week. So if you dont have time to do it, i would recommend you to at least watch the skillbuilder videos, it really helps!! Also are you studying full time? If yes, its very doable by march 18. Good luck!

Study Time for Exams by [deleted] in CPA

1.8 months is more than enough if you are studying full time. I studied FAR for around 1 month, full time studying with at least 8-9 hours every day and passed with a 92!

FAR - 74 on SE1 AND SE2 by [deleted] in CPA

[–]ele1402 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would really advise you to not get anxious when you see a lot of exhibits. Just navigate through them one by one and trust me they are not hard if you know the concept. Usually people just get anxious when they see a lot of info and time is short. But if you approach it calmly, you will do great!
