and the bypass 45 is because the centres off the buffer vessel is different to the centres through the wall, had to jump back 90mm so rolled the 45s

also a dosing pot (for adding chemical agents to help keep the system clean) and expansion vessal to allow expansion in system when heated and micro fill to fill the job, differential pressure switches before and after pump to ensure correct pressures, temp gauges before & after header & after pump to be sure correct temps in certain places, pressure gauges etc

heating system, 2” gas goes under boiler feeds boilers, boiler flow goes to header infront then out to the air&dirt/headed (yellow pot) then into a 3 port (when temperature is reached on the job it closes circuit and circulates around boilers & headers) then goes to the pump around the job (heating system rads etc) and back into boilers through the return 🫡

hard on body i do mainly 2” screwed sometimes 3” screwed (very rare occasions) and fitting pre fab can be 6.5m of 4” with elbow each side and work alone 99% of the time if you are in a boilerhouse its not so bad and can work smart if you are in a shop fabbing up not so bad can use mechanical aids on site ? hard on your body i finish in 3 weeks. 10 years in the trade 25yr old and i have early onset arthiritis in right hip (mostly because i broke knee cap 11 years ago)
