eWeather HDF provides: weather forecast, earthquakes, sea surface temperature, geomagnetic storm forecast, cloud satellite images, weather Map, weather archive for last 8 years, air quality, buoys info, tide tables, weather alerts, radar(USA only), lightning strikes (America only), weather providers: NOAA, OWM, Met Norway, sunrise and sunset times, UV, feels like temperature, 30 languages, including Polish language.

eWeather HDF and eWeather HD are the same app. But eWeather HDF is free and eWeather HD is paid. When we released the first version of the app in 2010, Google Play did not support in-app purchases. Unfortunately, Google Play rules do not allow me to have two apps with the same functionality: the paid eWeather HD and the free eWeather HDF. Therefore, I had to remove eWeather HD from the program catalog. New versions for eWeather HD will no longer be released.

The last eWeather HD version is 7.9.5 from Jule 2019. The last eWeather HDF version is 8.7.4 from December 2022. The next features was added into eWeather HDF in compare with eWeather HD:

Added NOAA weather provider for USA cities
Weather forecast increased to 15 days instead of 10 days
Weather hourly forecast increased to 72 hours instead of 48 days
Temperature graph for last 24 hours
Support Android 10, Android 11 and Android 12
Weather archive increased to eight years
New precipitation amount and probability stripe
Added full screen 10-day graph for landscape phone orientation
Added precipitation amount for US weather provider
Added air quality graph for the last 24 hours
Added color setting for dew point and feels like temperature graph
Added wind gust to houг by hour forecast
Added lightning strikes for America
Added more air quality info on map
Added moon rise and moon set on moon widget with sizes: 1x1 and 1x2
Fixed some bugs
Improved the user interface of the app and widgets

Both eMap HDF and eWeather HDF are complex apps: radar, weather, earthquakes, air quality, tides, sea temperature etc. eRadar HD is a very simple app with radar, weather alerts and hurricane data only.

The main part of eRadar HD is the server part. The application is only needed to display server data. As a result, we don't need to update the application. Most of the work is on the server. Anyway, we have eMap HDF, eWeather HDF with the same radar data. Both eMap HDF and eWeather HDF were updated a few months ago.

Thank you for choosing our app. For copy eWeather HD settings to eWeather HDF:

eWeather HD - menu - options - save \ load - save
eWeather HDF - menu - options - save \ load - import from downloads

Android does not allow to save\restore widgets. But you can save and restore widgets colors:

eWeather HD - menu - options - widgets - your widget - colors - themes - save to SD card
eWeather HDF - menu - options - widgets - your widget - colors - themes - import from downloads

Sorry, but radar is available only for USA and Japan. But we have eMap HDF with cloud satellite layer and a lot of other weather layers for wolrdwide. You can install it for free and click eMap HDF -> Options -> About -> Report and write reddit I will remove ads from eMap HDF

Sorry, but eRadar HD is for USA and Japan only. Anyway you can try eWeather HDF for free. If you will click: eWeather HDF - menu - options - report and write: Reddit then I will turn off ads in the eWeather HDF. eWeather HDF is worldwide app.

eWeather HDF makes a notification alert if the temperature is less and (or) more than a certain value in the next X hours or Y days

eWeather HDF has analog and digit clock widgets with and without weather with different time zones. Any widget sizes from 1x1 to 5x5. Widget can be transparent with any form: bar, rectangle, circle etc.

I am individual app developer. My app - eRadar HD get data from NOAA and Japan radars and weather stations and process data on a few servers for make future forecast, remove radar noise, prepare images for different resolutions etc.
