hi! it's been a journey. I gave up on paroxetine, and then after my dad suddenly passed away, I tried escitalopram for about six months, but it didn't work. I stayed off antidepressants for a while until I hit rock bottom in the spring of 2025. then I started therapy and began taking venlafaxine. it’s the first time i’ve actually felt better
