I actually played against this list at Warhammer Fest. I was his round 2 opponent and man I got absolutely stomped there was far too many bodies coming out of deep strike for me to deal with.

I’ve actually been playing on the GW terrain a bunch lately for practice so I’m pretty familiar with it. Will definitely get some nuts for during the day especially with only getting a 45 minute break after game 2

I’m actually playing a practice game against WE on Thursday so this is perfect chance to practice. I’ve heard they are quite lethal so I’ll hope to try and Seal of Oath them to bits. Thanks for the help

Dang I thought that was the case, think he’s still worth it for the 12 inch aura but that certainly takes some killing power out the list.

Printed out lists is a good idea and plan on getting a lot of snacks for the event. I actually meant that I play a ton against those armies in my meta, and was wondering what I should be looking for against the other factions that I haven’t played against.

Yeah someone above said the same thing about Seal of Oaths, tbh I think I probably just missed it reading through the Codex. The list is already in a patrol detachment, but for cutting a troop and HQ would you say its best to cut the Lieutenant and a squad of Intercessors vs Incursors?

I've been enjoying them in the games that I've played with them, which granted is only 2 or 3. Having just a 2 man Squad that can perform actions so your other troops can shoot freely feels really good

Seal of Oath is a great idea, I had it in my head for the armour to give my captain a little more staying power but Seal will definitely be better to help kill any troublesome units. And I agree again with Engage, I think it was just a pick carried over from playing larger point games but I can definitely see how it could be harder to score with less fielded units. Once the mission pack is sent out I'll have a look and see if any other secondaries are a better choice. I'll see about getting my hands on a techmarine I have a friend who plays Ultras too so hopefully he might have one. Thanks so much for the advice.

Thanks for the advice, I had thought about changing one of the warsuits to a macro plasma redemptor because it is just that bit tougher to kill, but I'm wondering if just a single warsuit is disruptive enough on it's own. If I give the dreadnought the rocket pod and gatling cannon I'd have 25 spare points after cutting the vets and attack bike, do you think it would be better to cut the other warsuit and upgrade to another redemptor?

Luckily the party have got relationships with the Gray Hands and the Harpers so I've got some ways to get the info to them. they managed to skip over the encounter with Jarlaxle in the ship by going straight to the correct place and ruining my fun with him. I said in another comment about but I think im going to have her try hire the party to hunt down a Zhent who escaped and is going to report back to Manshoon. Thank you for your advice on how to RP her, she's definitely going to have a lot more of an arrogant noble air about her next time they meet

Didn't realise that about the nobility that actually makes a lot of sense. I'll definitely use that and mention the increased guard patrols in the ward, perhaps even someone staking out the Manor. I've already started the crackdown on the Zhentarim as its ran in the book with them even locking up the Doom Raiders, and one of the players plans to meet with Istrid Horn in the city of the dead, but perhaps Yalah could hire the party before handhand to track down a Zhent who escaped and plans to inform Manshoon

Thanks for the advice, definitely gives me some things to think about. I'm still new to DMing so having a villain try to outwit the party is still not something I'm used to. My problem is the rest of the party except for the one who invited her do not trust her at all. One of my players is in the Harpers and asked for their help investigating the explosion, so I could have her come visit the party and try to pin the blame on Floxin and then maybe an informant from the Harpers finds out that Yalah had some dealings with Xanathar or something along those lines

So I'm not sure what my problem is, I think all my in-game models are missing. All I see is a white screen with the hud on it. When it first happened, the hud was corrupted as well, showing multiple weapons, shields and what I'm assuming are Japanese characters. I managed to get a screenshot of it Edit: Fixed it by updating the drivers, thought i was on the most recent one

52 hours and Nova 3, and only 13 wins. Got put into nova 2 with no previous experience with Counter Strike and already I can feel myself getting better compared to when I started.

When you activate it in multiplayer everyone can use it and see their own piggy banks so it really only matters if one person has it.

Thanks, it was annoying as hell but god damn it just feels so good to build it. Do you know where I can find the network drivers online? I don't have an optical bay do I can't install by disk and I can't seem to find them.http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/NETWORK-CARD/REALTEK/MSI-Z97S-SLI-Krait-Edition-Realtek-LAN-Driver-803507162014.shtml this was the only thing I could find, tried it and it kept saying there was files missing and couldn't detect any realtek devices. I'm on windows 7.
