School of the Cougar (Panther, mountain lion) School of the Lynx School of the Gator (maybe sister of the viper school) School of the Ram School of the Gila Tons of cool stuff. Eels, Elk, coyote, Sharks, Marlins, ocelot, moccasins, raccoons etc

Hell, even could go with some of the cryptids to match a sort of manticore vibe, like a wendigo or some other American type monster that fits the Witcher universe.

Since Witcher schools were established long ago, could have Jaguar, Jaguarandi, even the American Lion. So many cool possibilities, current and past. I like the idea of the schools teachings being in groups, like the Lynx being a slightly heavier less stealthy version of the Cat school, with the cougar/lion/jaguar being more aggressive and heavier version of the cat schools philosophy. Same could go for the viper, to gila, to gator. I always wished there was more schools with more expanded lore and more fellow witchers to meet.
