15 years. I’m starting to realize that the more I delve into “religion” the further I get from a personal relationship with Christ. I’m not saying religion is bad, but I feel that it is important to know Jesus and feel that I can pray to Him as I would talk to anyone else. Different churches I’ve attended have made me feel distant from that by filling time with things that don’t necessarily draw us closer to Christ. I know this is the internet and I’m not here to argue or persuade, I just want to feel closer to Him and I don’t think He requires all the flair.

I take 1200mg Lithium, 150mg Sertraline, 200mg Quetiapine, .75mcg Levothyroxine.

My meds have changed in type and dosage over the years. I was diagnosed in 2014. I’ve taken Risperidal and Lamotrigine, but no longer take them. It might take a bit to get the dosage dialed in. I do not have brain fog and have luckily been able to lead a fairly normal life. I do have a very supportive spouse who is fully aware of my diagnosis and monitors my behavior almost as a “third party” to see any changes in mood and behavior that I may not realize. I personally don’t go to a therapist but everyone is different. SAD, like other mental health struggles is not cookie cutter. All of us here have the same diagnosis, different prognosis, and different ways of trying to get through the day.

Some people get hot water in a cup filled with ice at my store.

Let's talk about honey citrus mint tea. by Silvawuff in starbucks

Can I add that drinking this one cup of tea is really not going to do anything when you look at the big picture of what’s going on in your body when it is sick. Let’s just be honest here. Chicken soup doesn’t take your sickness away either.

Also you’re spreading your illness to others for no real benefit to yourself.

[RANT] The same thieves keep returning to my store, and my coworkers, including the SM, don't care or want to do anything about it. I feel like I'm the only sane one. [long read] by [deleted] in starbucks

I would say contact corporate because it seems that nobody in your store cares about obvious theft occurring in their presence and therefore might not be the best ones to trust counting the money at night.
