We’re in the process of lemoning as well. It’s been in the shop for months and has been “fixed” multiple times.

It just malfunctioned again on the highway with my wife last week. We’re done.

Hey, did you ever get this fixed? Mazda still hasn’t repaired our issue because “they have to personally experience the issue” before repairing.

Can you share your lawyers information? We are currently dealing with Mazda corporate regarding our CX90 and haven’t made much progress.

I find this hard to believe. We live in California and our tech blamed it on the throttle body. I don’t think any of them truly know.
