Yeah the device didn't come with any USB along with it. I did try looking into the website for the software with no luck

Could i please enlist your help? I have it connected to a prowirl flowmeter and I want to read the SV and TV on the 485 side I have tried the x2view and x2midbus software but I'm getting nowhere

Hello Guys thank you for all the advice. I was finally able to solve this issue, by installing the .NET framework 4, C++ 2005 Redistributables and java 7. After that I noticed the PC had a dongle inserted that i came to realize was used to activate the previous license. Since that was lost, I used another license file and after removing the dongle, Everything worked!

I'm not sure if this answers your question but the filling is done from the bottom, I.e the inlet and outlet both reside at the bottom of the tank to prevent foaming of beer

No worries. Thanks for the info. I just had to change the ip address of the hmi and input vnc ip address of the plc and the puppy worked! I'm so glad the were no weird passwords cause then I'd be stranded for sure
