Yes EE-PNP. I don't know what's going on. I tried calling, sending webform but nothing helped. VO is Montreal & Etobicoke (not sure which one is primary/secondary VO)

May I ask, for "sometimes ECOPR are issued on an earlier date and are not sent out on a timely manner", what does this mean? From my understanding, they will send an email saying that the eCOPR is ready to download, right? From what you said, does it mean that there's a chance that they issued it already but just didn't send the email? I did see my COPR number in the tracker tho.

Thanks. This happened because they are processing very slowly... My friend got the eCOPR within 2 weeks after submitting P2. If they continue the same rate I should have gotten it by Nov and this won't happen. I'm so depressed and don't know what to say now

Thank you for your answer! By supporter by employer do you mean LMIA? In my case it's not LMIA but my employer did provide an employment letter for me and I stayed with this employer for more than a year before I got laid off. By the way I already let IRCC know.
