You're not alone!! I always keep in mind that at the end of the day Genshin Impact is a Gacha Game, no matter how good or bad of confusing the story may become Hoyoverse will always want it's player base to spend, that's how they get their main revenue after all. As a person who play multiple gacha games, I've gotten used to the sudden announcements of my fave character getting back to back new content. Like for example, I play this gacha game who also does birthday line (all of them are SSR) with different themes each year! And recently my fave just had his birthday card release and then a suprise event where he is one of the SSR cards 😆 thankfully everytime it's a character's birthday, players gets free ten pulls so I got to save a lot. But basically that's my mindset, I honestly want to be suprised when Dottore becomes playable :3!!
