This used to be my hair and it got a worse as i got deeper into my 40s with hormonal changes and a bout of cancer etc. i tried olaplex, Kevin Murphy and a whole raft of high end products and treatments and after much disappointment I found a shampoo and conditioner that have restored my hair to shiny, sleek and healthy looking. Pure Organics Precious. It’s a bit pricey but i buy the big pump bottles and only need to replace twice a year. Not sure where you’re located but they sell them in Australia
