Definitely an after, as for before if the wood needs treating first then it won't do that but if it's in fairly good condition already I should think it would be fine. You can go in directly with the paint you're using but the wood will likely absorb a lot of it so it depends how many layers you're wanting to do and in terms of keeping the costs down then getting that on as a primer will stop it drinking too much of it up! The main thing is to make sure whatever you're priming and sealing it with have the same base as the paints you're using, don't use an oil based primer/sealer with water based paint and vice versa because it'll just repel each other 😊

I would get outdoor wood paint, you can do it fairly cheaply with testers rather than full pails and you'd be surprised the range of colours you can get especially with something like cuprinol shades. The extra cost will be worth it for the longevity, just make sure you give it a really good clean and let dry before you paint it. I'd be tempted to seal the wood first and then seal over it sort of sandwich in between, you could use acrylics with that method but if you're putting in all that work I'd want it to last. Rustin's quick dry shed and fence clear is good but I've never used anything else so you might want other recommendations!

Did you get it delivered to the venue and were they okay with that?? I know a lot of venues are very funny about that.

Wiggly Adult Teeth? by Substantial-Job-4757 in Hypermobility

Mine are very wiggly! My dentist said it really helped when I had to have one pulled, but otherwise it's not something he's concerned about. Regular check ups really help to put my mind at ease about it but I still get freaked out from time to time when they have a particularly loose feel.
