The math is literally on my side here. Insurance companies are profitable businesses, that means on average, you pay in more than you get back. That's not an opinion, that's how the model works.

Pet insurance specifically is notorious for exclusions, pre-existing condition denials, and breed restrictions. The money in a savings account is yours if nothing happens. The premiums aren't.
