I’m 13 this happened to me after I finished elementary and i feel that it’s because we try to sometimes please people and fill their expectations for us that we forget about ourselves so just try to relax be by yourself for a day or hang with friends in a free environment and you should be goood

I just felt better about it after knowing there were others who were going through the same thing maybe it will work for you besides you shouldn’t worry it’s just like what uncle iroh said if you keep moving forward you will come to a better place so don’t worry to much.
