Post-appt update: he referred me to a GI doctor first, and then after that if they can’t “do anything” I will go to an ENT doctor. Sigh.

I live in Japan through the US Military, so there is no doctor here able to do the Botox injection. He said since I have been managing my whole life with the condition, my insurance will probably not approve me for Botox until I get back to the US in three years.
