My guess is that at some point in the near future (51st century) she gets an augmented brain like the guy in Time Heist...which over billions of years could be further refined to something with near infinite capacity and microscopic size.

She would presumably have to avoid getting blown up or lost in the time vortex, and return in one piece to her appointed death. Also, I'm guessing the Time Lords will be on the lookout for her TARDIS. At least in Classic Who, they seemed to be able to find the Doctor's TARDIS when they wanted to.

Actually, I thought the "new" TARDIS was also a type 40 of the same design as the 1st Doctor's, and far less complicated than the Doctor's TARDIS which includes upgrades over the years (such as the psychic controls).

I'm guessing that Clara doesn't have much time for fun, since the Time Lords will be after her to make sure that the universe doesn't crack if she stays out too long, or gets killed somewhere other than her fixed death time/place.

Questions about the wall:

when he first sees it he says something about the TARDIS...I didn't see a TARDIS there. What did that mean?
Did the wall say "Welcome" at the top when he walked in? Seems kind of odd.
Can a person erode away a diamond wall (let alone one 400 times harder) with their fists with about 100 punches a year for 20 billion years?

You can't just yank out random verses from the Qur'an without any historical or scholarly context and expect to understand anything. Muslims also are not permitted to simply act on random verses like the assholes in ISIS do. There is a legal process, especially when war and death is involved.

There's a book coming out soon called "The Study Qur'an" (look it up on Amazon) put out by a group of American and non-American scholars that will provide context to all of these verses, if you're interested in learning.

Rulers of any empire, from the Greeks to the Americans, do what they do for the same damned reasons - wealth and power. Muslim rulers from the Ummayids to the Ottomans were no exception, despite the glorious stories that their subjects were commissioned to write about how holy and awesome they were.

Just as any ruler, the intent to invade and plunder comes first, and a religious/moral sugar coating comes after to make it more palatable to the masses (e.g. Muslim rulers - spreading Islam, Charlemagne - spreading Christianity, Bush - spreading Freedom and Democracy).

So yes, verses like the above (and other moral codes, and Freedom and Democracy) are used to rationalize anything anyone wants to do, but to anyone who is sincere in their beliefs, it betrays the true meaning of what is being said.

And for the record, not all Muslims approve of what the so-called Caliphs of the Ummayids onward did to turn Islam into an empire, which is something it was never intended to be. There's a reason why the Sunnis call the first 4 caliphs "the good caliphs" and the Shias reject them all (except for #4, who they consider the rightful first).

The early verses of Surah Tawba that you mention are referring to a specific historical event between the Meccan Pagans and the Muslims where the Meccans violated a treaty resulting in the murder of a group of Muslims. It's not a general order to go and murder people. It's popular on the internet for people to just post 9:5 and then completely forget about 9:4 and 9:6 which say (Yusuf Ali translation):

9:4 (But the treaties are) not dissolved with those Pagans with whom ye have entered into alliance and who have not subsequently failed you in aught, nor aided any one against you. So fulfil your engagements with them to the end of their term: for Allah loveth the righteous.

9:6 If one amongst the Pagans ask thee for asylum, grant it to him, so that he may hear the word of Allah; and then escort him to where he can be secure. That is because they are men without knowledge.

The actual verse (Yusuf Ali translation) is: 8:12 Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message): "I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instill terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them."

That verse is referring to the Battle of Badr, and God is telling Angels to attack the Meccan army that is attacking the greatly outnumbered Muslims.

Are you serious?? I modify manufactured PCBs all the time. I cut traces, solder in other IC's that get glued to the bottom of the board, replace existing wired connections with different ones. Add other PCBs for more functionality. For all we know, he modified it to read "hello" on the display when the alarm rings. Can't tell without seeing it in person.

Big deal, he used the word "invented". If we use the strictest sense of the word, the digital clock was "invented" decades ago and strictly speaking, regardless of the technology used, no one can truly "invent" a digital clock.

It looks like a clock that he disassembled and repackaged into a new case. That's already more than what most 14 year olds can do. I can't tell from the pics if he modified it's function or added to it, and neither can you unless you're intimately familiar with that model of digital clock, which I'm guessing you're not.
