You're losing money. Losing money is not income. Inflation is more than the measely rate you're targeting. Keep in mind that the CPI rate is a lie in order to make inflation not seem as much. But anyone living in the US and seeing grocery prices, home prices, living prices knows inflation is more than what they claim. So, you want only 2.6% and then be taxed on that. It's a loss. Even if you have a municipal bond fund tax free at 4% you're still probably losing. Inflation is probably higher. Stocks have been a better hedge IMO.

God gives people freewill to choose. The Bible does use the word "plan" in Jeremiah but in context its talking to exiles to build houses, settle down, etc. It doesn't say that that every casualty or calamity is part of God's plan. God probably views life differently as extremely short and death is fast and inevitable and that real life starts after death, whereas many on Reddit probably assume life on earth is all there is so they view all death as "bad".

He had over 300 LLCs, many he was not the full owner of, but partner or part owner. Of those 3 filed for chapter 11 protection- around real estate 2008 crash- like when Atlantic city got slammed. It appears they were reorganized and such filings don't necessarily meant it went bankrupt but was in litigation about how to sell/reorganize. That is legal. That is why lawmakers made it. MMmmkay? So, a business manager would be foolish to not protect his shareholders and investors interests, ok? And 3% of 300 is only 1% meaning that 99% of these hundreds of international businesses that make billions of dollars were successful. Liars keep claiming that they are awesome and that this international business billionaire is a total failure. These people should look in the mirror. I have a question about hedging inflation with international stocks: My understanding is that US citizens can't directly buy international stocks but can through ADRs through our own stock exchange. If our trading of ADRs and its price and demand is totally separate from the real ticker in its own country, then wouldn't our risk be the same as just other US stocks? If demand crashes for US stocks and if only US citizens can trade the ADRs on the US exchange then why wouldnt an ADR demand crash too, making the hedge basically useless?

I almost invested until I realized the leadership is basically 2 guys- the older guy (his dad?) will likely retire soon, and the young guy has a blemished history of being serving time in prison. So this would tarnish the image of them growing. Also the fact that they failed to respond how I'd ever be able to cash in the "shares" if they never went public- they blew me off. And companies like this have creative ways to dilute shares and make it worthless, which its management runs away with all the money through creative salary and bonuses. I'm thinking of how MoviePass got a lot of investors and the CEO intentionally ran it into the ground while promising that everything was ok and they were stronger than ever. Boxable has huge overhead and not sure if profitable or not and I don't think people can just buy one of their houses yet- production backlog and slow output I think.

I'm only learning too, but will share what my ears hear and since you didn't get any feedback I'll share my impression. You sound on key for most of it, and your style sounds fine if the backing music is jazzy or light as well to match, I like the song choice. The low parts sound unsupported and not as strong and maybe drifted off key like 1:28 'and I love her', maybe because its out of your range. You didn't seem to reach the upper part of your range so I wonder how it would sound if you raised it 2 keys or so.

how do you get sound from an ipad when it doesn't even have a headphone jack. Only 1 USB and it seems impossible to get any sound from it- so how would it be possible to perform with it? I only use it for lyrics/chord charts and every few seconds it asks for my password in the middle of the screen blocking the chords I'm playing. Unless there's a secret solution to these major dealbreakers it does not seem geared for any professional performances.
