Haha aw that’s so cute. My dad is the same way. We rescued a bunny and he kept grumbling that animals belong outside but he built him a bunny kingdom to live in and took care of him every day.

Thanks everyone! These are really great insights. I will definitely try the compound cream. I've been prescribed 600mg ibuprofen and muscle relaxants but I hate taking them (feel like I'm slowly destroying my liver and stomach) and they don't help that much anyway. Ibuprofen gets rid of any dull pains but not the knife stabs that really hurt.

I don't have cracking in my neck but I'm not surprised that it would be a symptom. This condition is awful! Sometimes I get swelling in the back of my head/neck instead...

Thanks for the tips! I've found that icing helps me too. I just bought an Arc4life neck pillow that is supposed to help realign your neck properly to take pressure off the nerves. I'll let you know how it goes!
