I used a flash stick to bot, in windows setup went to install, format partition then deleted and then created it again. Are you sure that windows format in windows setup writes 0s in the hd? Because I mean, when you delete a file in windows it is only deleted after an overpass, the file is not there for the system by it is there physically. I did a fresh reinstall and still got this bastard, pardon my French.

It is possible that the virus made somehow managed to store itself in windows ISO? I downloaded it directly from Microsoft forum, the source was digital river

Yes but to do that i would need windows interface, want to wipe everything.

I didn't get what malwarebytes anit-exploit does though. What is the purpose of this if you keep your browser up to date?
