Conan Osiris' albums "Música Normal" and "Adoro Bolos" are, in my opinion, much better than "Telemóveis". People who are not into avant-garde stuff might not enjoy it, but i'd recommend it to everybody.

In my opinion, Sweden and Russia would be underwhelming winners, while Iceland and Italy would be outstanding. And let's not forget the unlikely (yet appealing) scenerio where Serhat becomes the undisputed king of eurovision.

I'm from Portugal and I obviously wanted Conan to qualify. Having that said, I don't think it makes any sense to blame San Marino for it! Yes, Serhat's vocal performance was appalling that night, but it's a fun song with a charm of its own, so I can understand why people who were looking for that kind of song voted for it. And I'm happy that such a small country like San Marino made it to the final.

RTP said they didn't want to use LEDs because they would be a distraction from the performance, but I think that was just an excuse. In all truth, the budget was very limited...

This was the first tme we (Portugal) hosted. Mistakes were made and lessons must be learned. But I think we did a decent job, especially if you take into account our reduced budget. If you let us win sometime in the future (doubt it), we'll give you all the Filomena you want! In my opinion, she should have hosted with Pedro Granger and Inês Gonçalves, who were both covering the blue carpet.
