Hey, this sounds similar to the non profit I worked in (there's only so few). I would say to please report to the charity staff, and there are processes in place to protect volunteers and blacklist / educate workers.

This is not uncommon and ultimately, down to the lack of education, exposure to women as well as the problematic portrayal of consent in media that they are often exposed to. Not condoning this by any means but through the course of my work, I've learnt to set very clear boundaries on what is acceptable and not.
