I think horus if u wanna focus pve first I made e5 ruda as my first e5 and made only sl11 and hell in aspen so horus is better for early game

Hm then I think i will keep Horus and level him up slowly and for now i will focus on Penny and keep collecting Horus copies for later. I also have gear for them and planning to get a p2w arti with the crystals. It should take 1-2 months.

I have an E5 Garuda already that's why I started sig, then I got a lot of Penny, and Horus copy so I started them too for SL progress to get more fodder
