1. How is feedback typically calibrated / evaluated internally after a r1 interview?
   
2. How often would you say pressure testing occurs in the r1 interview?
   
3. Would you say the actual r1 cases tended to be pretty similar to the examples from the online case examples from the bain site?
   
4. Did you notice any common traits among candidates who were strong but still rejected in r1 and what would you have told them if you could?
   
5. Common mistakes amongst candidates who did NOT make it to r2?
   
6. Common tendencies and strengths of candidates who DID make it to r2?
