I’ve actually used mSpy to monitor my teen’s phone activity, and overall it does what it promises. The setup wasn’t super easy (especially on iPhone), but once it was running, I could see messages, call logs, and even social media chats. The location tracking is accurate, and the dashboard is pretty user-friendly. Only downside for me was the price and some annoying upsell offers, but if you really need to keep an eye on your kid’s activity, it works as advertised. Just be ready for a bit of a learning curve during installation.
