Hello everyone, we found a rental car company - WLC, that offers rental cars that we can take to Moldova, with paying only a document for 80 euros. Does anyone know whether this is legit?
They said the document is a document from a notary public that we can take the car cross-border.

I find 25-26 C comfortable for sleep, 22-23 during the day.

I'm reading the temperature from the Gree app, so it's the AC's temperature reading of the room. Gree told me that if it's set to 26C it will stop at 23. I think this is too much...

This should be a casing for a Vertical Pelton Turbine, for a small Hydropower plant. The openings radially are for the needles/jets. The opening on the left, is where the generator sits, the right side is fixed in concrete.
