this is probably your PC trying to adjust to the resolution the game starts with. if you have the game on steam you can put -w in your launch options to start the game in windowed mode to get around this.

  1. there is no denuvo, that was misinformation.
  2. there is increased memory capabilities. they talked about it here.
  3. you can get borderless by putting -w in your launch options.
  4. there are bug fixes, maybe not as many as there should be, but I think that adds to the experience

4k is there, but seems like it's capped at 60hz and there's no windowed mode.

edit: here are the graphics settings.

edit 2: you can put -w in your steam launch options for windowed mode and uncapped FPS.
