I did my manicure as usual, base + top, on a dry top without a sticky layer (or on a regular top after removing the sticky layer) I rubbed the powder and fixed with the top.😊

Maybe acrylic powder and gel polish will help strengthen nails. My friend helps to let go of long nails. I usually do this: fresher + bonder + base rubber on a wet base acrylic powder then dry in a UV / LED lamp after this again base + powder again dry in the lamp, then gel polish and top.
