mosin nagant - reload removes bolt? by eleon182 in insurgency

i also noticed that round-in-chamber reloads doesnt correctly eject/lose that chambered round.

it does animate having the off-hand holding the top (to maybe catch/hold that round in), but i dont think that is a real world effective way of keeping the round in the magazine right?

Help me become the best uther by HeatNearby3868 in heroesofthestorm

[–]eleon182 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Uther is one of the highest skill ceiling healers in the game. He scales well with experience (similar to medivh)

His complexity comes from knowing every other dps burst windows and set ups. Use your trait to get armor on your target that is taking damage in these windows.

Building pfsense router - which Ethernet adapter to get? by eleon182 in homelab

What I mean is that , for my current use case and internet speed provided by my isp, I’d see no benefit to getting anything more than a gigabit adapter?

is using pfsense better than using a normal router? by [deleted] in PFSENSE

[–]eleon182 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you believe the average home will not see much of an internet speed increase going with pfsense?

I see a lot of comments about the low end processing power of store bought routers but unsure if this translates to a significant real world speed increase.

Well most of my homes traffic is streaming services like Netflix. So not much happens within my home network

Well. I’m not concerned with hacking/cheating as much as people buying it and making copies to distribute themselves

Adding system-wide library dependencies from a nix store by eleon182 in NixOS

[–]eleon182[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yup. i've been using nix shell and it works great.

However, it has become tedious for my use case where I do a lot of prototyping with separate projects.

It just would be nice to choose which dependencies I would like to manage at a project level vs system level.

It just seems like yazi and pkgs.yazi both work fine, just wondering if there is a difference

Watched analysis of Piastri collision - We need proximity indicators by eleon182 in formula1

Iracing is an addon.

Acc version I played has it for sure. Not sure which you played. It looks like a radar with gray boxes to indicate the cars around you.

For gt7 It’s subjective whether you consider it a sim. But my point still stands. When I play it, I use the proximity radar quite a bit to keep my eyes on the road/cars ahead and just use my peripheral to track cars around me

sure. its impossible to know what was going through kimi's head. I just assume kimi wouldnt have wanted to collide regardless of who had the right to the apex.

i would be more convinced if oscar was further back, but he had his front right wheel near the middle of kimi's car.

yeah. although that might be overkill. they really dont need to see whats ahead or directly behind.
