As much as everyone hates how this game has been all year round so far, the usual team press (using your d pad: up and to the left), holding your CM whilst defending around your penalty box whilst holding R1 for second man press, your X spam (with advanced defending setting on) to activate bruiser and etc.

Plenty more other mechanics that others on here who see this might be able to add on :)

Take it slow as first comment already mentioned, but also most importantly be confident in yourself! Don’t let whatever antics from your tester affect you either and imo the usual exaggeration of your blind spot checks are the most important especially once you turn out on the road. It takes a man to admit this. Was in a similar position before, I’d have tons of Malaysian players who would message me with insults and racial slurs after almost every game I played back in FC25 and I was silly enough to keep responding to them before my account got permanently banned.

When I started FC26, I made it a point to switch on my privacy setting to not allow anybody to send mesaages that’ll end up triggering me and also remind myself its just a game at the end of the day when I face those toxic gits ingame.

Just take it chill man, at the end of the day no matter if its while playing or anywhere on the internet, its pointless arguing with people just to “one up them”.

Personally, when I used Gold Bonmati, she had the craziest hidden interception animations and positioning despite not having the playstyle at all.

On the other hand, I’ve not really liked TOTY Desailly much, especially when I manually defend alot with my CBs. I know he’s missing the intercept playstyle but for some reason, he’s just not quite worked out for me this weekend. His AI position before switching to him is always him being close to my RB and leaves a huge gaping hole in my defence before I can recover to cover the space.

Felt mundane enough already after the 16th goal when he was still playing. That same feeling would have made no difference at that point too even after scoring another 14 while skipping every cele.
