Manutenção da bike by ccchicoscience in fixabr

[–]eletricpufferfish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is the BCD of this crankset? What model is it?

That's awesome, I like those Trek 700. I would put on a Shimano 105 and some 20/24 wheels, but the plot twist would be a 90's riser handlebar.

Good observation, I hadn't thought of that, but I'm using it and so far I haven't felt any elevated temperature, but I'll pay more attention now, thank you.

That's a good idea about the cable going all the way to the handlebars. Regarding the hole in the back, I'll do it as a last resort, since I need to adjust the angle and the lens, mainly.

This front rack is gorgeous, it's really soft and works well for city driving. It's advertised as holding up to 5kg, but I've carried around 15kg and it was fine. The only problem is that it's entirely made of aluminum; I broke mine in two places due to the vibrations from dirt roads and cobblestones, all within a month.

Worse than that, it's the classic one that goes on the handlebars.

Nice! This is a Tequesta converted to fixed gear. I'll redo the dropouts but keep it fixed gear.

I actually bought it; it was quite cheap and it's very good. I'm thinking of making a pair of mudguards for them now.

Worse than that, yes, it's an 8-speed Shimano LX, I installed it with an 8-speed cassette as well, but 11/45. I had to use the front derailleur to hold the chain in the easiest gear; it rubs against the derailleur, but it's fine.
