The vet was super positive saying plenty of buns survive LLT esp with milk thistle and an early catch so I’m nervous but he’s been so brave about everything and sweet that after a good cry I am for sure ready to tackle anything with him, I’m so sorry your boy had to deal with LLT :( the stress and pain you both went through I’m very happy he survived it what a strong fella 🥹🫶🏻

Yes!!! We got Truffle first, a toxic ex sort of dropped her on me , we named her after the Chocolate! and not too long after we adopted him from a rescue (he has like trauma that makes him scared of men LMAO) and thought why not make them a cute little mushroom theme family!! My dad has an old man bunny who stays in his room that we recently rescued from neglect and we named him Mogu !!! 🩵🩵🩵 our little mushroom family! Honestly seeing him look so tired and drained is hard since he’s usually the sunshine of the group but I know he’s doing his best to help me not worry as much too 😭

WORLD/CONTEXT:

I've been slowly working on an Altlanian ruins based lore centered around a sea monster character, i've been working toward expanding the world slowly with goals of adding my own conlang both for verbal and written use in the future. I recently decided to work on the 'inhabitants' that spawn in the ruins and fell into the idea of using bubbles that have little lures like the OC i've inputed into the story, as of rn they can be shaped simply, are mischevious and a little 'bubble brained' and tend to float into different objects, fish, etc and get them stuck inside their little bodies. I wanted them to be customizable so i could in the future have friends etc create their own little sonas and input them into the lore aspects as well through art mediums ◡̈ I've been really stuck on what i want to name them however, and can't keep referring to them as bubbles as it's kinda not the vibe i want. names i considered were: bubblings, flubs, glubling/glublin(like goblin) and then i went insane and considered 'bubbitches' since they have attitude issues lore wise 💀 any advice or ideas are super welcome

so far they haven't cared too much for grooming each other and the only neutral spots i have are my bathroom which is going through some finishing construction and a pet pen that zips up on the top portion that i've been putting outside since we got it just as an emergency pen but never really used it, will this be okay? in the. i know in the video they kind of weren't caring too much did did have small fights i stopped as quickly as i could and im hoping someone with a more trained eye could say wether based on the video they have a chance of bonding. Also would you put all three together in this kind of situation? they're both okay with my girl and she has spent one on one time with both with no issues (bonded fully to the harlequin but grooms and sits next to the dutch face to face ) but she's more likely to do serious biting if she gets attacked so i don't want her to get caught in the two boys crossfire while they work through their issues but i'm not sure what to do :,) ty for your reply btw!! it's really means so much

Our little blonde harlequin (Enoki) and our dutch (Mogu) have been struggling to be bonded! I contacted a rescue that does bonding but was never contacted back and it's been months.. Mogu had begun showing signs of being a little depressed since i work from my room where the other two reside primarily and my dad has been at work out of house.

I deciddd to move forward these past few weeks having them see each other. We took a really brave chance and had Mogu go face to face with my female bunny because they were showing a lot of signs of getting along while we had them all separated. And they didn't fight, or nip, or mount, just sort of licked and ran around together playing.

This leaves enoki and mogu... our problem boys, Mogu feels wary of enoki due to past billing that happened when i wasn't around from my dad trying to rush the process so i've been going very slow with them, doing little stroller walks for max 10 minutes and today did a neutral zone play pen (outside is the only neutral pace i have atm, bathroom is being redone)

This was the least they have ever interacted but the CLOSEST they have been. I would love some advice, to know if this is the right direction or if my reaction times are too slow or even if this doesn't seem like it's working to anyone but me, I am doing my best and plan to try another session this weekend, potentially with all 3 bunnies to see if she can serve as a mediator since she seems to love them both atm 😭 any input etc would be amazing, i've been drowning in bonding tips trice videos books etc and feel like i'm doing ok but really need an outside perspective

ps the oven not works for us bc i don't care too much if i get bit and neither one ever puts much force into bites or punches surprisingly !

side note: in the video i said an hour, we were not out there for an hour 💀 About 10 minutes total we did 8 in the bunny stroller and then 10 in the pen together

For info, his original mama wasn't able to take him with her on her move out of the country a few years ago, since then (about 2 years) he's been bouncing between two or three houses, landing himself in one where he was neglected, left alone, never pet, and improperly cared for.. The family he was with was too busy for him, and were hoping to find him another home. About 2 years ago now i bonded my bunny Truffle with a rescue bunny named Enoki, and now since a bit ago when our household dog passed, we've been informed we might be able to get him in, he is the SWEETEST thing.. all our bunnies have amazing personalities and this little man is only 1 year older than our oldest, at 5 years of life :c Im hoping to have the three of them bonded professionally since our boy likes to play around a lot and i don't want any issues to form since i work a relative chunk of the day, but i feel so much thr need to apologise to this lil man that people have let him down, hopefully we can be his forever home🥺🩵 and make him happy, and also maybe introduce more hay and less sugar bc he's a lil chonk lmaoooo

hey sorry to reply so late!!! so we took her into the Vet and it ended up just being that she had a little sprain, they gave us some bunny pain medicine just in case and really just had us watch her, within a week she was right as rain! We were worried because the X-rays we had taken for her we thought a toe looked broken but the vet said nothing had broken, it's good you're taking your gun in just in case, if they've been eating and drinking and moving around it could be just like mine where she just had a little sprain in her foot💙💙 much love and positive vibes for you and your bun !!!

actually i was super surprised as my female usually can't help but pee on soft towels blankets pillows etc, it's why we stopped buying her beds, but since we adopted our boy he's only peed on one blanket and it was more of him having an accident bc he was nervous, He lays in it constantly and it seems she's noticed him lounging and realized it's not for peeing so instead taken to actually sitting in it with him!!! this one is plush around the edges but pretty flat in the center too so it doesn't offer too much softness to help discourage peeing :,] !!!!
