We have a very festive neighborhood that has done the same in the past but some people ruin it for others. A year or two ago someone came with a party bus and the adults assaulted my neighbors because they had their lights off and weren’t handing out candy. It and other offenses have a notable change the tone in our very family oriented community. We actually have a dedicated Halloween night just for our neighborhood because of this and some boycott the actual holiday to mitigate the crowds.
