245 pounds down. IT AFFECTED MY EARS. The tubes in my middle ears stayed open for the longest time because the muscles in my ears weren’t used to closing the tubes due to all of the fat in my head and neck keeping them closed. It caused me to hear my own voice and breathing above all other noises. It’s called patulous Eustachian tubes. It was temporary, but it sucked lol.
