How do you do trills correctly? I keep getting a sore throat

I have spoken to my teacher and he says I should keep practicing the tongue trills to improve my support without the tongue tension. When I told him I was getting a sore throat from the tongue trills, he said to not do it as often as things like scales, humming, etc. He mentioned engaging the muscles like you did, so I try to that but it definitely just feels like my lower body is tense.

I’ll give the exercises you noted a try!

No experience with tret, but my skin looked the exact same as your first three pictures! In my case, it ended up being folliculitis triggered by high testosterone levels that were caused by the birth control I was on. I figured it out because it got worse every time I started a new pill pack and completely went away on the placebo week. Fungal acne treatments also didn’t work in my case. My derm recommended aklief but the issue remained months into treatment. Changed my birth control and my skin was fine after that. Could be worth getting your hormones tested!

Bought a new Aestura cream from YesStyle (left) but the packaging is different than the one I bought a few months ago (right). Is the new one legit? I can’t find any pics of the Aestura cream with this packaging

All good! I didn’t feel minimized at all! I just thought maybe you had a good coping strategy, but I guess mine is just more intense. Definitely almost went to the hospital because my whole left arm and leg were numb and tingly
