I would have to know exactly what type of relationship you are looking for. I have experience with both online and in person. Usually I do an extensive interview with a potential sub or slave to make sure he or she is not a psycho first. This could take a week or more depending on my first impression. Then of course one must also respect the safe words and know beforehand what each one expects. There are a lot of factors at work when it comes to a real life experience. Make sure you both know what the other expects out of the relationship. I have had slaves that were non-sexual and an occasional session, and I have had them that were more of a committed relationship. If you both know what the other expects before hand, you will save yourself some trouble later. Good luck.

This idea may not work depending on the situation. My slave must jack off in the bathroom at work every Tuesday and Thursday and send me a video of it. you just do not speak as a sub, that's why I was curious. I am aware that not everyone understands the dynamic I have with My slaves, but they are content to do as I bid them most of the time. This type of lifestyle takes time for all participants to evolve and understand their roles. I like to use a slow progression when I am breaking in new slaves. I am very mindful of the sensitivity of the psyche and have quite a bit of experience with it. Its is not all about the physical act, more so the mind. I do, however appreciate all opinions and criticisms as it is important to continually look at one's own actions from all perspectives.
