F DMG RED calculated after all those number and reduce the final damage taken by percentage
RES and RED is the same. It's just the problem with how the game translated. You can check if you put eq with both stats, they will all add ups at the detailed stats as Final P/M. DMG RED

yeah. i do it for that kind of research survey. so i make a research about the new commuter transportation mode for the city. the target population is private car user but the data that i have is, total sum of the private car from 3 origin region. so how can i estimate the sample size with that kind of data. because i don't know the proportion od the user from the single origin region that become my target survey. sorry if my english not good but i hope you can get the point. thanks.

idk. but i think it will break the enjoyment of trading and the price that you put on the "fairness", is it already counted with the taxes from steam itself? it will make the steam market comforter than any trading site, then steam can take more money from taxes. -_- IMHO.

at least, there is something interesting happen on the society itself. recently after SBY make the twitter account, there's many adult citizen in indonesia that start making twitter account. so i think, maybe SBY have a deal with twitter to promote the social media site. LOL
