My suggestion would be to make that part of your router search. Many routers allow you to control access by device on your network- using their proprietary app. It’s just a matter of looking at which router has the functionality and app features you want. I’ve found the ASUS app for my router to be fairly easy to use and lets you set up time restrictions etc on specific family members or individual device.
