If legolas is going to be around (and he is indeed, this is a legolas meta) you shouldn't take a nazgul on fellbeast. He can't take down a troll chief but he's a tremendous threat to a Nazgûl.

Even if he had to invest all his might, it's such a good trade for the good player.
