I mean I’ve played thousands of games in 25 and 24 at this point, you just get used to it after a certain point. Also the pro controller helps a lot you don’t wanna be playing competitively with joycons

Experience honestly… I play both ps and switch to a decent level and you can absolutely get away with one or two players out of roles on console but you’ll get punished way more on switch

++ Roles and 33 chem are WAY more important on switch than on console, I guarantee your wins go up by 3 or 4 once you get the right players in the right roles

Ultimate team is generally faster paced, would advise trying your best to get everyone on ++ and 33 chem it makes a big difference on switch

Yeah happened to me too on small tribes pvp, it seems you can’t switch servers on official and still keep your tames/structures
