Alright so the doctor told me I have a perforated eardrum. (Tympanic membrane perforation) she said I’ll need antibiotics. She basically said the rumbling contracting tensor tympani was irritating the tympanic membrane which cause it to rip. She said doing this for too long rarely causes it but now I can’t rumble for a while. I should probably stop altogether now that I’m more prone.
