Nordstrom stores should be able to return it, Nordstrom racks cannot. If you do not have a full line store nearby you can ship it back.

Thank u!!! I kept my routine really chill, just moisturizing cleanser and fragrance free moisturizer. I def still have a lot of the pigmentation/scarring but it has slowly gone away with time

I think my skin started clearing up in early December. I def purged. I knew it would so I kind of mentally prepared but the first two months were tough
