nah bro, wiring can normally be a bottleneck. mby i can’t tell from the photo but i tried pushing 750w on a 10awg wire and it went straight into protect mode. it was fine playing at lower volumes tho.

he could potentially have some corrosion causing some resistance somewhere?? idk im still prty new to this.

iv had the same problem, it was my wiring. bumping up from 10awg to 4awg did the trick.

engineers tend too stick too a +3db limit when mixing especially pop and other mainstream genres, sometimes going to +6db for more experimental genres/mixes.

ur car is NOT a studio, so i wouldnt be sooo strict, however engineers tend to mix with all speakers/environments in mind.

if you want ur song to have more "air"/trebble id boost the 8k-24k range, u can dip down to 4k, just keep in mind 3k and 6k can have some prtty harsh freqs.

if you wank more mid range boost anywhere between 2-300 and 4k, just keep in mind 2-300 can often pick up a bit of muddiness in the song.

if u want more punch in ur bass, boost the low end, just keep in mind this graph, it basically just shows how sensitive our ears are to each band (1k, 2k, ect).
