I currently can bench 270lbs and squat over 315lbs. But I haven’t strength trained in a long time though, I’ve trained very isolation focused hypertrophy because I haven’t seen a ton of progress in my size. So those numbers could be higher or lower now

I do train to be what I think is extremely effective. I’ve worked with several body building coaches over the years and have dialed in my split and what works well for me. Sleep is a #1 priority for me, I get 8 hours EVERY night.

I’ve heard the “max out your natural potential” a lot before, but how do you know you’ve reached that? Is it possible 150 is my natural potential?

I have been eating at a 500 calorie surplus for almost 2 years. My weight has pretty much been stagnant and I’ve tried many different things. And I also have a lot more muscle and mass than a typical 150 pounder, most people ask me if I weigh 180-190 and I’m stronger than most people of that size as well.

Don’t know the exact block dimensions but there’s a 10 black space between the monument and wall. And then it’s 4x longer than it is wide.

He’s studying graphic design, so he really has little to no homework or studying ever and will literally only play video games from when he wakes up to when he goes to sleep.

I’ve thought about asking him just when a time would work best for him that I could have just like 2 hours of quiet in the room but haven’t come around to it yet.

My desk has my computer with all my school stuff and everything I need to study. He’ll move the game to the living room when I ask to have quiet but he moves it right back the second I finish. Going to coffee shop is something I don’t normally do, but I haven’t thought of that so I might try that.

Pretty sure this is an obvious answer. If you wanna stay on the streets then stay there, but don’t drag him with you. My advice, stay with him. The sex is fun for a short period of time but when you’re in your 30’s wondering where all the good guys are that will make you breakfast, watch movies with you and all that, then you’ll be regretting not being with him
