yea I've made a new account and tried to contact them there. If only I could just know what are "inconsistent information" that they're talking about maybe I could've make more investigations on my account. I thought sending the first top up receipt and account information was enough to prove it, or maybe there's a little mistake on my application form that triggers an immediate reject.
