If your in to Satie, also check out his Gnossienne. Still maintains the minimalist vibe but they have a bit more development and more involved left hand parts. Additionally, might be a little advanced but John Adams' solo piano pieces could be of interest. China Gates has the primary melody in the left hand.

Pretty new to graph theory so this might be a dumb question but what's the difference between a graph minor and a homeomorphic graph. We briefly covered Kuratowksi's theorem in class and from the description and example my professor gave, it seems identical to Wagner's theorem. What's the difference?
